Delete Cookies
Deleting your browsers cookies
Having old or out of date cookies can interfere with logging into your site. This discusses how to delete the cookies.
Internet Explorer
- From the tools menu select Internet options.
- On the General tab click the Delete... button under browsing history.
- Click Delete cookies and answer Yes.
- Close your browser.
- Re-open your browser and try logging in again.
